HR Officer (UAE Base) – Responsible for HR system establishment including but not limited to benefits administration, employee retention, recruitment, job placement, conducting interviews, overseeing daily staffing operations and offering assistance to staff in the performance of their duties as needed. Location post in Dubai, United Arab Emirates with travels and visits to the project sites throughout Iraq. Preferably can speak English and Arabic.
