Description:
A leading retail fashion group in Dubai is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize warehouse operations. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in logistics, inventory control, and team leadership who can ensure smooth and efficient warehouse functioning.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse processes, improving operational efficiency, and coordinating with multiple internal teams to support business operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure correctness
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff including pickers, packers, and forklift operators
• Optimize warehouse layout and improve overall workflow efficiency
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations
• Monitor shipment handling, documentation, and dispatch processes
• Track operational performance metrics and implement continuous improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications
• Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Forklift certification will be considered an added advantage
