Description:
China National Chemical Engineering & Construction Corporation Seven Middle East L.L.C (CC7) is currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR Officer to join its UAE operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and end-to-end HR processes.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, supporting recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with UAE government regulations while maintaining smooth employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete visa processing cycle including applications, renewals, cancellations, and transfers in compliance with UAE regulations
• Support recruitment activities such as job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer management
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes including contracts, medical tests, insurance, and documentation
• Maintain accurate HR records including attendance, leave management, overtime, and employee data
• Coordinate with government authorities such as MOHRE, ICP, immigration departments, insurance providers, and medical institutions
• Prepare HR reports and maintain updated employee records
• Assist in general administrative and HR-related tasks as required
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in HR or administrative roles
• Strong understanding of UAE visa processes, labor laws, and HR systems
• Familiarity with MOHRE, ICP, and Tawteen procedures
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and professional approach
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required
• HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM will be an added advantage
• Willingness to work overtime and handle field-related tasks such as immigration and hospital visits
