As the company continues to expand as a publicly traded organization, it is seeking a Stock Plan Administrator to support and strengthen its equity compensation programs with accuracy, compliance, and transparency.

This role sits within the HR function and works closely with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Internal Audit teams. The position offers high visibility across the organization and involves direct ownership of equity administration processes, supporting both employee trust and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end equity operations, contribute to reporting and audits, and play a key role in ensuring that equity programs align with the company’s total rewards strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer equity programs including RSUs, stock options, ESPP plans, vesting schedules, and employee lifecycle-related equity events

• Reconcile equity data across platforms such as Workday, equity management systems, and transfer agents

• Prepare accurate equity reports for leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders

• Support SEC filings, insider trading compliance processes, and blackout period administration

• Collaborate with Internal Audit teams on SOX controls and audit requirements

• Assist employees by responding to equity-related inquiries and providing clear guidance and education

• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and integrity of all equity administration records and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in equity compensation administration, preferably in a U.S.-based public company

• Strong understanding of RSUs, stock options, ESPP structures, and equity lifecycle processes

• Knowledge of SEC regulations, insider trading policies, and compliance frameworks

• Experience supporting audits and SOX control environments

• Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain equity concepts clearly to employees at all levels

• Experience with equity platforms such as Fidelity, Computershare, or similar systems

• Familiarity with Workday is preferred
