Top Rock Interiors LLC, a growing interior fit-out company in Dubai, is currently hiring a professional and well-presented Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to join its team on an urgent basis. This role is ideal for a candidate who can confidently manage front desk operations while providing excellent administrative and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming phone calls
• Manage front desk operations in a professional and organized manner
• Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office functions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient reception and office environment
• Coordinate communication between departments and external visitors
• Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations with professionalism
Candidate Profile:
• Positive attitude with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset
• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed and confident in handling client interactions
Requirements:
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
