Description:
A company based in Dubai is currently hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to join its finance team. This role is suitable for a professional with strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and compliance within the UAE market.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy in records, and supporting financial planning and reporting activities in line with UAE accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records, manage general ledgers, and perform regular bank and account reconciliations
• Handle day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing activities
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations and accounting standards (IFRS)
• Assist in VAT filing processes and support financial audits when required
• Contribute to financial forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring of operational expenses
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support management in financial decision-making
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting or financial analysis experience within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and UAE compliance standards
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks is an advantage
• Must currently reside in the UAE (mandatory)
