Description:
GAO GU CONTRACTING is seeking a qualified Accountant / Finance Officer to join its growing team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals who have a strong accounting background and are ready to contribute to a dynamic construction company.
The ideal candidate should currently be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining. Applicants with experience in the UAE construction sector and the ability to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
• Prepare financial reports, monitor transactions, and support daily accounting operations.
• Assist with budgeting, financial management, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial processes.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
• Chinese nationality is preferred.
• Currently residing in the UAE.
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Experience in the UAE construction industry is an advantage.
• Available to join immediately.
Strong knowledge of:
• Accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Financial management and record keeping.
• Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
