A global technology leader is seeking a Resource Analyst to join its consulting and operations support function. The role focuses on optimizing resource allocation, improving utilization, and ensuring efficient staffing across consulting practices. The organization operates at a large enterprise scale, delivering cloud, software, and AI-powered solutions across multiple industries.
The selected candidate will work closely with consulting management teams to manage workforce planning, track utilization, and support staffing decisions. This role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
The position plays a key role in ensuring the right resources are assigned to the right projects while maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with consulting management to optimize resource utilization and revenue opportunities
• Collect, manage, and communicate detailed resource requirements for assigned teams
• Identify and allocate available resources based on skill sets and project needs
• Facilitate weekly staffing and utilization review meetings
• Escalate urgent staffing needs during priority coordination calls
• Monitor consultant selection and assignment processes
• Recommend creative resource allocation solutions when skill gaps exist
• Track billable utilization and support supply-demand forecasting
• Maintain accurate data in resource management systems
• Contribute to operational and practice-level reportin
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in resource management or related roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate or higher)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for Public Trust clearance
• Strong knowledge of:

• Data reporting and analysis tools
