Description:
A premium café concept in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality experience, leadership skills, and a background in café or restaurant management.
The selected candidate will oversee team performance, maintain service quality, manage operational activities, and ensure compliance with brand standards. Candidates with UAE hospitality experience and knowledge of specialty coffee operations are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily café operations and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Lead, train, motivate, and develop café team members.
• Maintain excellent standards of service, food, beverages, and specialty coffee.
• Monitor sales performance, costs, inventory, wastage, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene standards, cleanliness, and brand guidelines.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve operational challenges.
• Support management in achieving sales targets and profitability goals.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Café Manager or Restaurant Manager role.
• Strong background in all-day dining and specialty coffee operations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of P&L, food costs, and inventory management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• UAE hospitality experience is mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
