We are looking for HR Manager/ Head for a small real estate brokerage company in Dubai. This person will handle all functions in HR department with below mentioned responsibilities in particular:

• Talent Acquisition Head Hunting agents
• Creating policies and procedures
• Employee Induction
• Maintaining HR duties i.e. payroll, leave and attendance, renewals of employees
• Generating reports
• Creating & Reviewing KPIs
• Staff Motivation Ideas
• Rewards and Recognition
• Suggestions to Grow the organization and any other business

Skills:

• Real Estate company background preferred
• Strong HR background with Sales hiring experience
• Ready to Learn, self-motivator
