• Are you a seasoned HR Manager with a proven track record in the EPC/Oil & Gas sector?
• We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an HR Manager in Dubai, UAE.

Role Description:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, providing strategic and day-to-day support and guidance to management and employees.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, specifically within the EPC/Oil & Gas industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance
• Requirements in the UAE.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Knowledge of performance management and employee relations. Understanding of compensation and benefit programs, including payroll administration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is preferred.
