Description:
King’s Vet Clinic is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join its growing clinical team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will assist veterinarians during consultations, treatments, and surgical procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient care, hygiene, and clinical support. You will play an important role in monitoring animal patients and contributing to the smooth operation of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist veterinarians during consultations, medical treatments, and surgical procedures.
• Provide nursing care and monitor hospitalized animal patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian.
• Observe and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Safely handle and restrain animals during examinations and treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain medical equipment and surgical instruments.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control throughout the clinic.
• Work closely with veterinarians and the clinical team to deliver excellent patient care.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Veterinary Nursing, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred.
• Good knowledge of animal handling and basic veterinary procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, responsible, and professional attitude.
• Strong knowledge of:
