Description:

Agorist Tax Advice, PLLC is seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the business owner. This remote opportunity is ideal for professionals who excel at managing workflows, maintaining confidential information, and ensuring important tasks are completed accurately and on time.

The successful candidate will work closely with the owner to manage client communications, organize records, support sales and administrative processes, and maintain various business systems. Strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and process client documents using TaxDome.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, client files, and workflows.

• Follow up with clients to obtain outstanding information and documentation.

• Keep TaxDome organized using established processes and checklists.

• Prepare and organize information for the business owner.

• Handle standard client communications, meeting reminders, and follow-up messages.

• Support administrative aspects of the sales process.

• Assist with inbox and calendar management.

• Make occasional client phone calls when required.

• Create light Canva designs and presentation updates.

• Pull reports from QuickBooks Online.

• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and client information.

• Ability to pass a background check.

• Availability during the annual tax season, including full availability from April 1–15 each year.

• Willingness to travel domestically 1–2 times per year after the initial employment period, if required.
