Description:
Concept Corporate Services is looking for an experienced PRO / Typist to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE government services, visa processes, labour procedures, immigration requirements, and business licensing activities.
The successful candidate will manage government-related documentation, coordinate with relevant authorities, and support clients with various PRO services. Applicants with experience handling Freezone portals such as DAFZA, SHAMS, SRTIP, and RAKEZ, along with strong communication skills in English, are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle UAE government service procedures, including visa, labour, immigration, Emirates ID, and licensing processes.
• Prepare and process official documents and applications accurately.
• Manage PRO-related activities and coordinate with government departments.
• Assist with Freezone portal transactions and company-related services.
• Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding government service requirements.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of UAE PRO / Government Services experience.
• Experience with UAE visa, labour, immigration, Emirates ID, and licensing procedures.
• Knowledge of Freezone portals such as DAFZA, SHAMS, SRTIP, and RAKEZ.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
