Description:
Sevents Building Contracting LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is well suited for candidates who can effectively support both human resources and administrative functions while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
The ideal candidate will assist with employee documentation, onboarding, payroll support, recruitment, and government-related processes. Applicants with knowledge of UAE HR regulations, government portals, and construction industry experience will have an added advantage. Candidates currently available in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily HR and administrative operations.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, labour card, work permit, and other employee-related processes.
• Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA/ICP, DHA, RTA, and other UAE government portals as required.
• Maintain leave records, attendance, overtime, and employee information.
• Prepare HR letters, certificates, forms, and official documents.
• Assist with payroll-related data and monthly salary processing.
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR and administrative matters.
• Handle general office administration, filing, and record management.
• Perform additional HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Hindi speaking is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of UAE HR policies and employment procedures.
• Experience with MOHRE, GDRFA/ICP, UAE Pass, and other UAE government portals is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• UAE construction or contracting industry experience is an advantage.
