Job Opportunity for Manager-HR & Admin (MEA) for a leading premium Media Company based in UAE
8-10 years of experience as an HR generalist professional with strong focus on building HR processes & people experience with experience on System implementation, payrolling, MIS handling and database management.
Should be able to handle dynamic situations and be able to create structures and strong processes.
Arabic speaking is a must, Master’s degree (Preferable)
Lead all recruiting efforts to support talent needs across Middle East & Africa (hiring requirements, reporting, sourcing, and assessment, on boarding).
Manage entire HR operations portfolio including payroll, HR MIS, Analytics, FnF management, employee database reports, Exit management and HR dashboards.
Manage and revamp, as required, HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders across the regions.
Handle end to end compliance’s including Labor laws and other payroll specific statutory compliance’s.
