Job Roles:

HR Associate Talent Acquisition

• Location: Dubai ( Life Pharmacy HQ)
• Candidate available in UAE on Visit/cancelled visa preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in HR
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, selection and Offering.
• Visa processing by coordination with Typing/PRO
• Serve as a point of contact for employee/client inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution regarding Visa
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management as needed
• Education : Bachelor’s Degree with MBA preferable
• Knowledge of UAE Labor Law
