Vacancy – HR Officer

(Manpower Outsource Project/Key Account Management)

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated candidate to join our HR/Project management team, who is expertise in handling clients and Manpower Outsource activities (preferable with work experience in the outsourcing firm).

Job description:

• Coordinating with clients and capable of handling white collar and blue collar outsourced staff
• Maintain and build strong business relationships with client
• Daily correspondence with client, employees and internal team
• Coordinating onboarding process.
• Assess job applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and experience
• Coordinating interviews, document collection, visa arrangements and trainings.
• Coordinate accommodation and travel arrangements for interview and mobilizations
• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
• Manage the transactional elements of HR including HR reports, maintaining Employee data files and drafting employment contracts.
• HR Administration & Leave Management Process.
• Maintain employee relationship
• Develop a good working relationship with other departments and all employees.
• Submitting time to time reports

Requirements:

• Master/Bachelor’s Degree in HR.
• 5+ years of work experience in end to end recruitment and on boarding process (UAE).
• Proven work experience in a staffing agency or manpower outsourcing firm
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Thorough Knowledge of UAE labor law
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) and Hindi (Verbal)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Immediate joiners available in UAE are preferred.
