Description:
Suiteable Holiday Homes is looking for a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join its growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in holiday homes reservations and short-term rental operations with the ability to manage guest bookings efficiently.
This role involves handling reservations, guest communication, availability management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences. Candidates with strong organizational skills and familiarity with online travel platforms are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage bookings, inquiries, modifications, and cancellations through Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and other OTA platforms.
• Communicate with guests through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to provide timely support.
• Monitor reservation details, availability, and pricing updates.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Maintain accurate reservation records using property management systems.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in holiday homes reservations or short-term rental operations.
• Hands-on experience with OTA platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Experience working with property management systems; knowledge of Hostaway is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good command of English.
