Description:
CloudPires is seeking an experienced Architect (Remote) to lead the architectural design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. This role requires strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform, technical consulting experience, and the ability to create scalable solutions that align with customer business objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with project teams and clients to provide strategic technical guidance, oversee solution delivery, and ensure high-quality implementations. This position involves designing integrations, leading development efforts, supporting client workshops, and driving continuous improvement across ServiceNow projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architectural design and delivery assurance for ServiceNow implementations aligned with client requirements and business goals.
• Own end-to-end technical solutions, including architecture, configuration, integrations, and implementation across multiple projects.
• Develop advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow API solutions to create scalable and maintainable applications.
• Design and implement business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, data policies, and UI scripts.
• Lead development activities across ServiceNow areas including ITSM, HR, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, IRM, CSM, Service Portal, custom scoped applications, and third-party applications.
• Conduct client workshops, support product demonstrations, and gather technical and functional requirements.
• Prepare technical architecture documents, process flows, and design specifications.
• Review development work and provide technical feedback to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with Business Process Consultants during planning and validation sessions.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical issues involving internal teams and clients.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery with strong client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, service delivery solutions, and industry methodologies.
• Maintain professionalism during client meetings and ensure a productive remote work environment.
• Complete administrative responsibilities including timesheets, documentation, and internal reporting accurately.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience delivering and architecting ServiceNow technical solutions.
• 5+ years of professional consulting experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA).
• Certified Application Developer Certification (CAD).
• 2+ Certified Implementation Specialist Certifications.
• Maintain an active government security clearance if applicable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of:

• JavaScript development and ServiceNow APIs
• ITSM, HR, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, IRM, CSM, and Service Portal solutions
