Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Windows Active Directory Administrator – Level 2 to support enterprise on-premises infrastructure operations for an onsite role in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with deep hands-on experience in Windows Active Directory environments and strong troubleshooting capabilities. Immediate joiners who are already based in Dubai are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, manage, and maintain On-Premises Active Directory environments
- Provide operational support for Domain Controllers, ensuring stability and performance
- Manage and configure DNS services, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Organizational Units (OUs), and directory structures
- Handle user, group, and computer account management within Active Directory
- Diagnose and resolve authentication, replication, and policy-related issues
- Deliver Level 2 support, including escalation handling and root-cause analysis
- Ensure security, availability, compliance, and best practices across AD infrastructure
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Windows Active Directory administration
- Strong practical expertise with On-Prem AD and Domain Controllers
- Proven experience working with DNS, GPOs, and AD Replication
- Background in production support environments
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite enterprise setting
