Description:
An organization in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a skilled and experienced HRIS Officer to support HR systems, data management, and digital HR operations. This is a full-time contract role for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting system improvements in a fast-paced work environment.
Working Details:
• Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day
• Working Days: 5 Days per Week
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of HR systems and platforms
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, along with monthly MIS reporting
• Manage and update employee master data across HR systems
• Perform system testing, including integration and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Troubleshoot HRIS-related issues and provide user support
• Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades, maintenance, and integrations
• Conduct regular HR data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support HR analytics through data extraction and reporting
• Prepare and maintain HRIS documentation, including SOPs and user manuals
• Coordinate with vendors to enhance system functionality and performance
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of overall HR experience, including at least 4 years in HRIS or HR systems
• Mandatory experience within UAE or GCC region
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in reporting and data analysis
• Hands-on experience working with HR systems and tools
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
