In this freelance role, you will contribute to improving AI model performance by designing prompts, defining evaluation standards, and supporting model testing workflows. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, strong writers, and comfortable working independently in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize prompts with multiple constraints and structured instructions
• Develop clear evaluation standards and detailed rubrics for assessing AI responses
• Test and grade model outputs based on defined quality expectations
• Support benchmarking processes and ensure consistency in evaluation results
• Collaborate with QA teams to maintain accuracy, reliability, and testing standards
• Work independently while meeting deadlines in a remote project environment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) from a recognized institution
• Strong writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools
• Must be based in the United States or Canada
• Strong knowledge of:
