In this freelance role, you will contribute to improving AI model performance by designing prompts, defining evaluation standards, and supporting model testing workflows. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize prompts with multiple constraints and structured instructions

• Develop clear evaluation standards and detailed rubrics for assessing AI responses

• Test and grade model outputs based on defined quality expectations

• Support benchmarking processes and ensure consistency in evaluation results

• Collaborate with QA teams to maintain accuracy, reliability, and testing standards

• Work independently while meeting deadlines in a remote project environment

Requirements:
