Description:

ICU Medical is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Labeling Specialist to join its Product Configuration team. This role focuses on the creation, management, and approval of product labeling in compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements. The position plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory alignment across all labeling processes.

The ideal candidate will work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to support labeling operations, manage documentation, and troubleshoot complex issues. This is a remote opportunity designed for professionals who thrive in structured, detail-driven environments and have strong technical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify product labels based on internal and external requirements

• Maintain and update documentation related to labeling processes and components

• Support purchasing teams with label-related materials and vendor coordination

• Apply knowledge of UDI (Unique Device Identification) and GTIN standards in labeling

• Create, review, and implement labeling-related Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)

• Coordinate translation activities and manage vendor communications and documentation

• Troubleshoot complex labeling issues across systems and departments

• Retrieve and manage labeling data from PLM, ERP, and other systems

• Maintain label attribute data and ensure accuracy across all records

• Lead and support special assignments as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in labeling support or a similar role

• Strong understanding of labeling systems, documentation, and processes

• Experience working with ERP systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong knowledge of:

• Labeling regulations and compliance standards

• UDI and GTIN identification systems

• Label creation software and design tools
