Description:
W. L. Gore & Associates is seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to join its Commercial organization and support the Gore Performance Solutions business. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in global pricing strategy, commercial analytics, and profitability optimization who are passionate about driving sustainable business growth.
The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of global pricing strategies, establish scalable pricing governance frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Regional Sales. This role plays a critical part in enhancing margin performance, commercial effectiveness, and long-term profitability across multiple product lines and global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute global pricing strategies aligned with business growth and profitability objectives.
• Establish pricing governance models, policies, approval frameworks, and global pricing standards.
• Create pricing segmentation strategies based on products, customer types, markets, applications, and sales channels.
• Conduct annual and ongoing pricing reviews to improve margins and maintain market competitiveness.
• Partner with Product Management to align pricing strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop value-based pricing methodologies by evaluating product value propositions.
• Lead initiatives focused on price realization, revenue growth, and margin expansion.
• Collaborate with Finance to evaluate profitability, pricing performance, and commercial analytics.
• Analyze pricing effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous optimization.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in pricing.
• Strong experience developing and implementing global product pricing strategies within industrial, manufacturing, technical, engineered products, or B2B environments.
• Proven track record of improving margins and driving commercial growth through pricing initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within complex global matrix organizations.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence decision-making without direct authority.
• Experience using pricing analytics, commercial data, and digital tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Strong knowledge of:
• ERP systems

• Microsoft Power BI
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA degree.
• Experience in commercial strategy, product management, finance, or sales leadership.
