Solomon Page, a well-established staffing and executive search firm founded in 1990, is currently supporting a leading entertainment and media client in hiring an experienced Wrike Dashboard Specialist. This role is focused on hands-on configuration, optimization, and deployment of a customized Wrike environment to improve workflow efficiency and reporting capabilities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing the existing Wrike setup, designing and implementing a fully functional dashboard, and ensuring team members are equipped to independently manage and maintain the system moving forward.

This is a high-impact, execution-focused role requiring strong technical expertise, fast onboarding ability, and excellent communication skills for training and documentation purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess the current Wrike environment, including workflows, projects, and existing dashboards

• Design and build a customized dashboard with advanced views, filters, reporting widgets, and data visualization tools

• Integrate Excel and data modeling components into dashboard reporting structures

• Configure Wrike settings to improve usability, performance, and reporting accuracy

• Provide training, documentation, and guidance to internal team members for independent system management

• Work independently with minimal onboarding time to deliver fast and effective solutions

• Ensure best practices in dashboard design, data organization, and workflow optimization

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Wrike, including dashboard creation and reporting configuration

• Strong expertise in data structuring, filtering, and Excel-based modeling

• Ability to work in a live production environment with minimal supervision
