They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Quality Reviewer to evaluate claims files and estimates for accuracy, compliance, and consistency. This remote position is ideal for professionals with strong property claims experience and advanced knowledge of Xactimate and XactAnalysis tools.
The role focuses on ensuring claims are processed correctly, identifying errors, improving quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement across claims operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review claims and estimates for accuracy, compliance, and consistency
• Conduct detailed quality testing of claims before client submission
• Verify claims information against source documents and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare quality assurance reports and documentation
• Analyze trends in claims and recommend corrective actions
• Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Provide feedback and guidance to adjusters and service centers
• Monitor performance and ensure adherence to QA standards
• Ensure compliance with Crawford Code of Conduct
• Stay updated with QA industry standards and best practices
Requirements:
• Active Adjuster License required
• 2+ years of experience in property and/or casualty claims
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Xactimate
• 3+ years of experience with XactAnalysis
• Xactimate Level 2 Certification preferred
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must maintain required state adjuster licensing and continuing education
