This position is ideal for a driven Cloud Product Specialist with strong IT sales experience, focused on expanding cloud service opportunities across existing Sage ERP clients in the United States and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Account Managers and partner networks in identifying and developing cloud sales opportunities
• Assist clients with inquiries, quotes, order processing, and service fulfillment coordination
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure proper technical support for client solutions
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to assess needs and identify upselling opportunities
• Participate in marketing initiatives including webinars, seminars, and client engagement events
• Manage full sales cycle for cloud products and services within the existing client base
• Maintain accurate CRM records including accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasting data
• Strengthen relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
• Drive revenue growth through proactive engagement and solution-based selling
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Managed Services or Cloud Sales
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
• Strong client relationship management and customer satisfaction focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining sales pipelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 annually
