Description:
A company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an analytical and experienced Cost Accountant / Finance Executive to support its manufacturing operations. The role requires strong expertise in cost accounting, production cost monitoring, expense tracking, and financial reporting to improve operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will manage costing activities, perform variance analysis, support budgeting processes, and maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems. Candidates with manufacturing finance experience and strong analytical abilities are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor, record, and analyze direct and indirect production expenses, raw material consumption, and operational overheads.
• Manage cost accounting activities and support production cost monitoring.
• Perform periodic cost finalization and analyze actual versus standard cost variances.
• Assist management with operational budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost trend analysis.
• Maintain financial records, inventory valuation, and cost entries using ERP systems.
• Support finance operations and ensure accurate reporting.
Requirements:
• Post-Graduate qualification in Finance: CA Inter, CMA, or MBA (Finance).
• 3–5 years of finance and accounting experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, expense tracking, and budgeting.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing costing is essential.
• Open to candidates currently based in India or the UAE.
• Excellent communication skills with strong analytical abilities.
• Comfortable with regular travel between operational sites.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Cost accounting and production cost analysis.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• ERP systems including Tally and SAP.
