A reputable government entity in Abu Dhabi is currently looking to hire a skilled and disciplined Traffic Controller to support site operations and ensure smooth and secure access management. This is an outsourced role with the possibility of yearly renewal, offering a stable opportunity within a professional environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, regulating vehicle movement, and ensuring that only authorized personnel gain access to the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and control entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized individuals and vehicles are permitted access
• Carry out inspections and security checks on vehicles and personnel when required
• Maintain accurate logs of all incoming and outgoing traffic, including visitor details
• Immediately report any incidents, breaches, or safety concerns to the relevant authorities
• Address and resolve any access or security-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Work closely with security teams and other departments to maintain a safe and well-organized environment
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role such as Traffic Controller, Traffic Marshal, or Site Traffic Officer
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and on-site traffic control procedures
