Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, design, and build scalable software systems that analyze hundreds of signals in real time to detect complex patterns of fraud.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, establishing long-term technical vision and strategic roadmaps.
• Apply strong system programming skills to develop highly fault-tolerant, high-volume transaction processing systems for critical applications.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Simplify complex systems, resolve technical debt, and make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, cost, and quality.
