A car showroom is looking for a customer-focused and experienced Service Advisor to act as the main connection between customers and the workshop team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth vehicle service experiences by understanding customer needs, coordinating repairs, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
The successful candidate should have knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance, along with strong communication and customer-handling skills. This role is suitable for professionals who can manage service processes, promote additional services, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Prepare quotations and service estimates for customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and monitor vehicle service progress.
• Explain repair requirements, costs, and recommendations clearly.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion.
• Promote additional services and support achievement of service targets.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an automotive Service Advisor is preferred.
• Good knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales and follow-up abilities.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
