Description:
A growing organization in Dubai is seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team on a contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for recruitment professionals with strong experience in agency recruitment, candidate sourcing, and managing multiple hiring requirements.
The successful candidate will handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring teams. Candidates currently based in the UAE with the ability to manage high-volume recruitment activities are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Review CVs, conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Handle high-volume recruitment requirements while meeting hiring timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working with a recruitment agency is mandatory.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
• Availability to join according to business requirements.
