BATO Clinic is looking for a professional and customer-focused Arabic Receptionist to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with patients, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized front desk in a healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient appointments, handling front desk operations, coordinating with medical staff, and ensuring a welcoming experience for every visitor. Candidates currently residing in Dubai with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Manage appointments, incoming calls, and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Handle patient registration, maintain records, and process payments.
• Coordinate appointment schedules with doctors and nursing staff.
• Ensure patient information remains confidential and securely maintained.
• Support smooth day-to-day reception and administrative operations.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Arabic with good communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in reception or customer service.
