Description:
Tech ECS Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Network & Security Engineer to join its Dubai team. This position is ideal for professionals with extensive hands-on experience in enterprise networking, network security, Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions, and Cisco Voice technologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure while ensuring optimal security, performance, and availability. Candidates with strong expertise in Cisco, Fortinet, and F5 technologies, along with experience supporting enterprise environments, are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and support enterprise network and security solutions.
• Configure and manage Cisco SD-WAN, routing, switching, and voice infrastructure.
• Administer FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, NAT, UTM, and High Availability (HA) environments.
• Configure, manage, and optimize F5 WAF/ASM security policies.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and maintain system reliability.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver secure and scalable networking solutions.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking and network security.
• Experience with Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), including vManage, vSmart, and vBond.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching, including BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, and HSRP/VRRP.
• Experience configuring FortiGate Firewalls, VPN, NAT, UTM, and HA solutions.
• Hands-on experience with F5 WAF/ASM policy configuration, management, and tuning.
• Experience with Cisco CUCM, including call routing, dial plans, gateways, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), Cisco Routing & Switching, and Cisco CUCM.
• FortiGate Firewall, F5 WAF/ASM, VPN, NAT, UTM, and High Availability.
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, enterprise networking, and network security.
• Preferred: Palo Alto, AWS Networking, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, Python, Ansible, and Splunk.
