Description:
DAAD Global is seeking a technically skilled HVAC Engineer to manage and support HVAC projects from design review through testing, commissioning, and final handover. This role is suitable for a Mechanical Engineering professional with hands-on experience in HVAC execution and project coordination.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing technical documents, preparing project submissions, supporting site execution, and ensuring successful completion of HVAC installations. Candidates with strong knowledge of HVAC systems, industry standards, and project management activities are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review HVAC design drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Prepare technical submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation.
• Support procurement activities and coordinate with site execution teams.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Monitor project progress, track costs, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC execution experience.
• Hands-on experience with VRF systems, chillers, packaged systems, and chilled water systems.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE and SMACNA standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination.
• Strong knowledge of:
• HVAC system design, installation, and commissioning processes.
• VRF, chiller, packaged, and chilled water systems.
• Technical documentation, drawings, and project reporting.
