Description:
Live Auditors & Chartered Accountants LLC is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Internal Audit Manager to become part of its growing team in the UAE. This full-time position is ideal for a Chartered Accountant with extensive internal audit experience and a proven ability to lead audit teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal audit assignments, ensuring compliance with professional standards, and providing effective leadership to the audit team. Candidates with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior UAE experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage internal audit assignments across various engagements.
• Supervise, mentor, and support the audit team to ensure high-quality performance.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management.
• Ensure audit activities are completed in accordance with applicable standards and timelines.
Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 8 years of total professional experience.
• At least 3 years of Internal Audit experience within the UAE.
• Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Internal audit practices and methodologies.
• Risk assessment and internal control frameworks.
• Audit planning, reporting, and compliance procedures.
• Holding a valid UAE Driving Licence will be considered an added advantage.
