About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing transport service deals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales within the UAE transport sector and a deep understanding of logistics solutions and customer requirements across multiple industries such as hospitality, education, construction, and oil & gas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and develop a strong pipeline of prospects in the UAE transport sector.
- Identify and approach potential clients in sectors like hotels, schools/universities, construction, and oil companies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their transportation requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on transport industry trends, pricing structures, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of proven sales experience in a transportation or logistics company within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of the UAE transport industry, pricing models, and regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and close sales deals in a fast-paced, competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A valid UAE driving license is a must.
