About the Role
Servetech is searching for a proactive Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in Industrial Automation, Electrical projects and Control Panel solutions. You’ll be the technical face of our offerings—meeting customers, understanding their needs, proposing solutions, and helping convert opportunities into confirmed orders. This role blends field sales with technical know-how and requires someone who can work independently to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently visit client sites, uncover new opportunities, and follow up leads through to LPO/PO issuance.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through regular engagement and professional follow-up.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable automation, control panel or electrical solutions.
- Coordinate internally with engineering, procurement and project teams to ensure on-time and on-spec delivery.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and technical clarifications to support the sales process.
- Support project handover and ensure smooth transition to implementation teams.
Requirements
- ✅ 3–5 years of sales experience in Industrial Automation, Electrical Projects, or Control Panel industries.
- ✅ Proven experience working on electrical/automation projects is essential.
- ✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.
- ✅ Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client visits.
- ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer relationship management.
- ✅ Background or experience in system integration is a plus.
