Overview:
AFAQ STEEL SHEDS FIX CONT. is looking for a dependable and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all interactions and paperwork with UAE government entities. The ideal candidate will ensure timely processing of visas, permits and other statutory requirements while keeping the company fully compliant with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end PRO activities including visa applications, renewals, cancellations and all immigration formalities.
• Handle labour-related procedures such as employment contracts, labour card processing and coordination with the Ministry of Labour.
• Liaise with government departments (MOL, MOI, DED, RTA, and other relevant authorities) to obtain approvals and resolve queries.
• Prepare, submit and follow up on permits, licenses and corporate legal documents to ensure timely completions.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all government transactions and internal audits.
• Provide regular updates to management and HR on application status, expiry dates and compliance matters.

Requirements:

• Proven UAE PRO experience with a track record of handling government procedures efficiently.
• Fluent in Arabic and English — strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labour and immigration laws and government portals.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to visit government offices as required.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and reliability.
