Description:
Bur Dubai Medical Fitness Center (BDMFC) is seeking a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with recruitment experience who can efficiently manage daily HR operations while coordinating with employees, candidates, and department managers.
The successful candidate will support recruitment activities, employee onboarding, training coordination, and HR administration. This position requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, hiring, and employee onboarding.
• Organize employee training sessions and maintain training records.
• Monitor daily HR activities and ensure employee records and documentation remain accurate.
• Maintain HR trackers and support administrative HR functions.
• Coordinate with employees, candidates, and department managers regarding HR-related matters.
• Assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in recruitment and hiring.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
