Description:

ARC Global Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized PRO Assistant / Typist to join its team in Sharjah. This role is ideal for candidates with UAE experience in government relations, documentation processing, and administrative support within corporate services.

The selected candidate will assist the PRO team in handling visa processing, labor documentation, and various government-related procedures. The role requires strong typing skills, accuracy in documentation, and familiarity with UAE government portals and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with visa processing, Emirates ID applications, labor permits, and other government documentation.

• Prepare and type applications through MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and Tasheel portals.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation control.

• Coordinate with UAE government departments and service centers as required.

• Track visa renewals, labor cards, and company documentation deadlines.

• Support the PRO team in administrative and compliance-related activities.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all submitted applications and records.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of UAE experience in a similar role.

• Knowledge of UAE government procedures and online portals.

• Strong English typing skills; Arabic typing is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage documentation tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong knowledge of:

• UAE Government Portals (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Tasheel)

• Visa Processing and Labor Documentation Procedures

• Office Administration and Typing Accuracy
