Description:
An exciting opportunity is available for a proactive and analytical Private Wealth & Investment Executive to support the management and growth of a private investment portfolio in Abu Dhabi. Reporting directly to the Private Owner, the successful candidate will assist in overseeing a diversified portfolio that includes approximately 40 real estate properties across the UAE along with various investment assets.
The role involves conducting investment research, financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, and supporting strategic investment decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, financial modelling expertise, and a solid understanding of both real estate and financial markets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and evaluate investment opportunities across real estate, equities, mutual funds, fixed-income securities, and selected business ventures.
• Prepare investment proposals, perform due diligence, and monitor portfolio performance.
• Analyse property yields, occupancy levels, operating expenses, and financing costs.
• Coordinate with banks, brokers, financial advisers, property agents, and tenants.
• Prepare monthly wealth reports, cash flow forecasts, and investment recommendations.
• Support initiatives to improve investment returns while managing portfolio risks.
Requirements:
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, wealth management support, financial analysis, or real estate investment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, cash flow forecasting, and investment appraisal skills.
• Familiarity with UAE and international investment markets.
• Practical exposure to property leasing or real estate management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, sound judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Cash flow forecasting and portfolio management
• UAE real estate and investment markets
