Hiring Procurement Officer

Gathering market and client’s info to enable negotiations regarding variation in prices.
Logistic leader is responsible in handling Purchase Order
Monitor incoming deliveries from suppliers and outgoing transaction to customer.
Ensures that necessary documents are settled down.
Coordinates with team to address logistic needs and ensure smooth operations.
Responsible in handling delivery note, packing list and invoices.
Check all the billing from the shipper for the shipment.
Must be well versed in computer operations (Word, Excel etc.)
Can communicate well in English Language (Writing & Verbal)
Can Multi-task
