A reputable organization in the UAE is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Pest Control Supervisor who is available for immediate joining. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a solid background in pest control operations and a strong understanding of industry standards within the UAE.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing pest control activities across assigned sites, ensuring all operations are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in supervising field teams, conducting site inspections, and identifying pest-related issues to determine the most effective treatment solutions.
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in pest control within the UAE. A valid UAE Municipality Pest Control License is mandatory for this role, along with a valid UAE driving license to manage site visits and operational requirements.
The role requires strong expertise in pest identification, treatment techniques, and preventive measures. You should also have a good understanding of safety protocols, particularly in the handling, storage, and application of pesticides and chemicals. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at all times is essential.
In addition, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, planning treatment strategies, and ensuring that all pest control activities meet client expectations and regulatory guidelines. Proper documentation and reporting of activities will also be part of your daily responsibilities.
