Button is hiring a motivated and results-driven Partner Success Associate to join its growing team in the United States. The position is available in a hybrid setup in New York City (Tuesday–Thursday in office) or remote across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of partner business goals, KPIs, and operational challenges to proactively support their success

• Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports, highlighting insights, trends, and key metrics to demonstrate value

• Identify and prospect new retailer and brand partnerships through outreach, referrals, and strategic engagement

• Support Partner Success Managers in managing marketing campaigns, including outreach, execution, and performance reporting

• Monitor partner performance and user journeys to identify optimization opportunities and collaborate with internal teams

• Ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue and growth targets

• Manage contract renewals and support ongoing account retention strategies

• Communicate partner feedback effectively to product and engineering teams to support product improvements

• Oversee technical onboarding and implementation processes in collaboration with solutions engineering teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or revenue-focused client success roles

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and performance targets

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights

• Excellent communication skills, including experience delivering executive-level presentations and business reviews

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality

• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently

• Strong collaboration mindset and willingness to support cross-functional teams

• Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and executives

• Ability to adapt quickly and promote new products or solutions effectively
