Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational tasks and develop clear, actionable execution plans

• Take full ownership of assigned projects from planning to completion

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to solve operational challenges

• Generate and test multiple solutions quickly to identify the most effective approach

• Execute high-priority tasks independently with strong attention to detail

• Support product testing and ensure quality standards are maintained

• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in startups, consulting, banking, or high-pressure operational roles
