Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze operational tasks and develop clear, actionable execution plans
• Take full ownership of assigned projects from planning to completion
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to solve operational challenges
• Generate and test multiple solutions quickly to identify the most effective approach
• Execute high-priority tasks independently with strong attention to detail
• Support product testing and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Maintain high standards of execution, communication, and delivery
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in startups, consulting, banking, or high-pressure operational roles
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Experience working in fast-paced or ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication skills, especially when working with senior stakeholders
• Strong proficiency with planning and productivity tools such as Notion
• Ability to take initiative and deliver results with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of:
