Description:
Aivora Exchange is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join its team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a recruitment professional who is fluent in both Arabic and English and has experience sourcing top talent in fast-paced industries.
The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on hiring Arabic-speaking crypto trader live stream hosts. Applicants with experience in the cryptocurrency, Web3, or fintech sectors and familiarity with sourcing candidates through social media and Web3 communities will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through social media and Web3 communities.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Recruit Arabic-speaking crypto trader live stream hosts and other assigned positions.
