Description:

Sundus Global is seeking an experienced Associate Onboarding to support end-to-end employee onboarding and pre-boarding operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for HR Operations professionals who can efficiently manage employee onboarding processes while ensuring a seamless joining experience for new hires.

The successful candidate will coordinate onboarding activities for a workforce of approximately 100–150 employees, oversee visa processing and documentation, maintain HR records, and collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure smooth workforce integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new employees.

• Coordinate visa processing, work permit documentation, and related administrative tasks.

• Maintain and update employee records within the HR system.

• Coordinate with the IT team for system access, laptops, and onboarding requirements.

• Respond to employee queries and provide day-to-day operational support.

• Work closely with HR, IT, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

• Support workforce management and high-volume onboarding activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in internal HR or HR Operations is preferred.

• Strong background in onboarding, pre-boarding, and employee lifecycle management.

• Hands-on experience with visa processing and work permit documentation.

• Experience managing sizeable employee populations, bulk hiring, or workforce management.

• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • HR onboarding and employee lifecycle processes

 • Visa processing and work permit documentation

 • HR systems, workforce management, and stakeholder coordination
