Hiring Legal Advisor
Ensure the legal team’s timely advice and support for the organization and its business units on general legal, contractual and regulatory matters; joint ventures, acquisitions and other transactions; company law and incorporation; dispute resolution and alternative dispute resolution; and other areas of the law.
Bachelor’s Degree in Law; and Qualified Lawyer/Attorney
Minimum (10) years post qualification of diversified profound experience in a corporate legal team or Law Firm
At least 5 Year experience in an in-house senior position managing and providing legal services for a company with a sizable diversified portfolio (prior working experience in a Law Firm is an advantage); and
Extensive Knowledge of UAE legislation and Legal Framework
Extensive knowledge in Corporate Governance / Compliance
Legally Bilingual Arabic/ English
